It’s been awhile since I shared a scrapbook sketch. I figured it was about time to get back into drawing sketches. Many times, I get into creative trends with my scrapbooking. You could say this is mirrored in my writing and the work I do with this website( and my blog). Sometimes I am enamored with color palettes. Other times, certain designs keep pulling me back in. To be honest, I haven’t felt the urge to draw a sketch until I made a recent layout for JBS Mercantile. It’s a design which is very different from my usual pages. I love that it allows me to use up paper scraps. After making it, I decided to break down my thought process for you.
