It is finally time to bring the outside in. Or rather, for me to bring my art journal page out of the sunshine. If you recall, way back in prompt 2, we were asked to stencil on a page and stick it outside in the elements. I live in a high rise without a balcony, so I compensated a little bit. I placed my art journal page half in and half out of an envelope and taped it up inside a window. It is summer here right now which means my page will see quite a bit of light exposure during our longer days. My hope is that the page will fade a bit, but only on the half exposed to direct sunlight. Are you ready to see the results? I am! In this video, I remove the envelope and create my art journal page for prompt 11.

This is definitely an experiment I want to try again. This time, I want to try for longer intervals. I think I also want to place more than one page in the window, pulling each one out over the course of several months (maybe even a year) to see what happens.
Now it is your turn to play along. If you have not yet weathered a page, pop back over to prompt 2 first. If you have a weathered page, bring it back inside and add it to your journal.
