I recently posted about how frustrating it can be to receive a single sheet of double sided paper, only to discover you love the pattern on both sides.  You can use both sides of the paper with  strategic cutting.  In the first tutorial, I cut small shapes from the background. This process video will show you how I built a layout by cutting the patterned paper into strips.

 

With Smart thinking you can extend how you use you double sided papers. When you purchase double sided paper, consider whether or not you can take advantage of strategic cutting. If so, you may not need to buy a second sheet.
