I love good inspiration. I like peeking behind the scenes at how a layout is made. It’s an easy way to learn a few tips and tricks which I can incorporate into my own process. The Everyday Storyteller Collection from Simple Scrapper does both of those things. The collection is comprised of two volumes, each of which features 33  practical ideas for you to use in your own memory keeping. Plus, there is that added joy which comes from being able to set aside a little time for yourself with a good book in hand.

bundle-coverThe Everyday Storyteller Collection is being retired to the Simple Scrapper Membership library. Both volumes include tips for using sketches, simplifying your process, capturing the heart of your stories, and ideas for using a variety of supplies on your layouts. All of the tips come directly from real world memory keepers, many of whom you may be familiar with including: Kerry Bradford, Celine Nevarro, and Kelly Purkey just to name a few.

I can remember being a part of the VIP publication party for volume 2. I snagged a copy of Volume 1 at the same time. Both books were a wonderful read with many ideas that have become  a part of who I am as a memory keeper. I consider them to be valuable resources. I am planning on pulling both of my copies out to read again this month. Would you like to join me with a copy of your own?

As mentioned above, both volumes of Everyday Storyteller will be retired to the Simple Scrapper Membership Library. Simple Scrapper is a community of everyday storytellers just like you. We are all striving to ensure our memory keeping gets to the heart of our stories and this community gives us the support to do so. In addition to being  a part of a warm and supportive community, Simple Scrapper also offers monthly inspiration in the form of SPARK magazine. There is access to a library of tools which include materials to help you plan and achieve your memory keeping goals, as well as templates, sketches and story starter prompts. The best part about Simple Scrapper is that it welcomes all memory keepers including paper, hybrid, pocket page and digital scrapbookers.
